No guarantee of launch or participation

Joining a waitlist or interest form does not create a restaurant partnership, driver relationship, employment relationship, service contract, investment right, priority right, guaranteed territory, guaranteed earnings, or guaranteed access to NYAM.

Information may change

Pricing, commissions, driver compensation, service areas, launch timing, features, promotions, and eligibility requirements shown or discussed during pre-launch may change before commercial launch. Final commercial relationships will be governed by separate agreements and policies.

Acceptable use

Do not submit false information, impersonate another person, attempt to disrupt the site, probe security controls without authorization, submit malicious code, scrape the site in a manner that harms service, or misuse another person's information.

Intellectual property

NYAM branding, logos, website content, software, and original materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. No ownership rights are transferred by using this site.

Third-party infrastructure

The website may rely on third-party hosting, database, AI, analytics, email, or security providers. Availability is not guaranteed and third-party services may have their own terms.

Legal review

This is a pre-launch drafting framework and should be reviewed by Ontario/Canadian counsel before NYAM accepts commercial orders or establishes final restaurant, driver, or customer relationships.
